the location is ideal for exploring popular sites.. it allows easy access. our family room provided ample space with comfortable beds. the staff was attentive and readily available to assist with requests. we received welcome drinks upon arrival, a gesture i found very thoughtful.

the absence of an elevator posed a challenge, especially when carrying luggage to the upper floors. this could be difficult with mobility issues or heavy bags. i hope that management can consider installing an elevator to alleviate this issue.

The staff were very helpful. They made car reservations. They also suggested dining venues. Rooms were big, clean, and they had air conditioning. That helped a lot. A nice breakfast buffet was also available. It had various options.

I experienced constant noise. The wooden staircase sounded like drums with every step right next to the room! I could hear everything in the room above me, every step, and one night there was a screaming baby. The TV was also small for modern-day rooms.

the room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard all noises from neighboring rooms including conversations. housekeeping standards were poor as i found a dirty sock near the bed upon arrival.

My room was right by the entrance. It was noisy late at night and early morning so I did not sleep well.
